SAINT PAUL: Fatal Shooting - 14xx Minnehaha Ave E - Squads called for a report of a shooting and located one victim inside an apartment deceased from a gunshot wound. While officers were securing the scene, they located another victim in the back, also with a fatal gunshot wound.
