Man, Woman Found Dead in Vehicle Outside Roseville Best Buy

Two people were found dead in a vehicle outside the Best Buy store in Roseville Wednesday afternoon, though police say they do not believe anyone else was involved.
Officers were called at 1:57 p.m. to the 1600 block of County Road B2 after a customer reported seeing two people who appeared to be passed out in a parked vehicle.

When responders arrived, they found a man and woman inside with gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Initial police radio traffic indicated a store manager called after noticing the vehicle with broken windows and blood visible on the occupants. Responding officers said the woman in the driver’s seat had a gunshot wound to the head and the male passenger also appeared to have been shot in the head. A firearm was found in the man’s right hand, according to the dispatch audio.

Roseville police confirmed a gun was recovered from inside the vehicle and said that based on initial information, investigators do not believe anyone else was involved in the shooting. Authorities said there is no ongoing threat to the public.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the incident was a murder-suicide, and investigation is still underway.
