A federal grand jury indicted 21-year-old Dylan Charles Jungwirth, 21-year-old Kenneth Toy Spight and 18-year-old Kemonie Hurd on Hobbs Act robbery charges after what investigators describe as a dangerous spree on the morning of Aug. 17.

A now 17-year-old from Saint Paul who admitted to his role in a deadly drug robbery in Ramsey earlier this year will avoid prison time.

Prosecutors charged 32-year-old Cody John Schwendeman with first-degree aggravated robbery for the June 28 incident at the Chipotle located at 2600 Hennepin Avenue.
