Prosecutors allege James Dale, of Anoka, Shaun Blankenship, of Minneapolis, and Tara Molnau, of Norwood Young America, were all tied to additional burglaries in the area.

The incident happened shortly after 12:24 a.m. Friday, Jan. 30, at a commercial building on the 300 block of 4th Avenue North in Minneapolis.

Nathaniel Donald Brimson is charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, two counts of threats of violence, first-degree property damage and gross misdemeanor obstruction of legal process with force.

Micah Scott Meyer, 19, of Red Wing, and Seth Garrett Janick, 18, also of Red Wing, are each charged with second-degree burglary and possession of burglary or theft tools, according to criminal complaints.

Aronde Malik Walker, who is listed as having no permanent address, is charged in Ramsey County with first-degree burglary involving an assault and first-degree burglary of an occupied dwelling.

The incident happened just after 12:50 a.m. at an apartment building on the 700 block of Hamline Avenue in Saint Paul. Investigators say Kevin Dennis Hass, 37, of Saint Paul Park, and Ronald Darrell Vezina Jr., 49, of Saint Paul, waited inside the building’s vestibule.

According to a criminal complaint, the incident occurred on Dec. 10, 2025, at about 6:04 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 262 Birmingham Street in Saint Paul.

The charges were filed this week after officers followed a single set of fresh shoe prints through the snow and found the suspect lying on the ground nearby.

Officers were sent to Phe Coffee, 289 5th St. E., around 3 a.m. on Dec. 3 and saw a person moving inside even though the exterior doors were locked.

The charges were filed after a confrontation outside an apartment on Quinwood Lane North where the man’s former partner had called 911 fearing for her safety.

Around 11:15 p.m. on July 25, State Capitol security officers contacted the Minnesota State Patrol about a man they located naked inside the Capitol’s Senate chamber.

It’s believed the fatal shooting is connected to a nearby burglary involving a 38-year-old man, who was later taken into custody, according to a media release from the Windom Police Department.
