A Duluth man who admitted to sexually abusing a boy over a span of three years and producing explicit recordings of the abuse was sentenced Tuesday to 30 years in prison.

Federal prosecutors say Anthony John Crowley, 52, of Minnetonka, knowingly possessed material containing visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

While serving as a Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations and a Task Force Officer with the FBI, the suspect was identified as the adult seen in graphic videos recovered from a minor’s phone.

Robert Levi was indicted for production and attempted production of child pornography, coercion and enticement of a minor, and committing an offense as a registered sex offender.

A Roseville man has been charged with twelve felony counts of possessing child sexual abuse material, including depictions involving victims as young as six months old.

Preston Casey Palmer, 34, was arrested at a park on the 2700 block of 39th Avenue South in Minneapolis, next to the school where he teaches, court documents say.

Jeremy F. Plonski, of Shakopee, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving penetration of a child under 14 years old.

Jeffery Lee Niemi, 40, was charged with a total of four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and prosecutors agreed to dismiss two as part of the plea deal.

According to court documents, Jordan Lee Schoen, 39, and Katrina Noelle Doneux, 34, were charged in Rice County District Court in connection with alleged abuse that took place between Dec. 2019 and Dec. 2021.

The investigation began Jan. 2, when Maplewood police received a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit at the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
