MnDOT traffic cameras showed an Eagan squad car severely damaged in the center median, with a semi truck blocking the center lane just ahead and another passenger car with minor damage on the right shoulder.

A 26-year-old Landfall woman is facing two charges after she discovered a dating app on her boyfriend’s cellphone, stabbed him with a piece of glass and later tried to disarm a detective when she was arrested.

According to Duluth Police Chief Mike Ceynowa, around 2:20 p.m., officers were attempting to arrest a 34-year-old Duluth man for felony threats of violence near the 1500 block of East 5th Street in Duluth.

MPD says that around 11:35 p.m., officers dispatched to the 2800 block of Colfax Ave. S. found a man with at least one fatal gunshot wound and a woman in her 30s with a potentially life-threatening gunshot wound seated inside a vehicle.

Saint Paul police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in the city’s West Side neighborhood late Thursday afternoon. Just after 3:30 p.m., a 911 caller reported that a man was shot on the 500 block of Stryker Ave. When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso.

The Saint Louis County Sheriff’s Office says investigators arrested 48-year-old Clint Massie, of Grand Lake Township, on four counts of 2nd-degree criminal sexual conduct on Friday. Massie made a court appearance today and is being held on $300,000 bail.

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a crash that left two people dead on Highway 61 in Cottage Grove Sunday morning. According to Cottage Grove Public Safety, at around 8:15 a.m., multiple 911 callers reported a two-vehicle crash on Highway 61 northbound between 80th St. S. & Jamaica Ave. The callers reported that a vehicle had been traveling the wrong way on the highway before the crash.

A suspect allegedly wielding a machete was fatally shot by Saint Paul police around 5 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Western Ave. S. Saint Paul police confirmed late Saturday night in a media conference that officers were involved in the shooting and that the suspect is deceased.

A White Bear Lake police officer is recovering at the hospital after being shot while attempting to serve a warrant Tuesday night. The White Bear Lake Police Department said at approximately 10 p.m. on Jan. 24, officers attempted to make an arrest on the 3100 block of Karth Road. Shots were fired during the incident and a White Bear officer was struck by gunfire.

Prosecutors have charged a 26-year-old Saint Paul recreation center employee with attempted murder and assault after he allegedly shot and critically injured a 16-year-old boy earlier this week.

Prosecutors have charged a 32-year-old man with 2nd-degree murder after his pregnant fiancé was found shot in the neck in a vehicle outside an Amazon fulfillment center in Lakeville Sunday night. Donte Rapheal McCray, of Saint Louis Park, is accused in the death of Kyla Bianca O'Neal, 31, who was the mother of their 2-year-old and was engaged to McCray. She was pregnant at the time of the shooting, set to deliver their baby boy on Wednesday.

Bloomington Police Chief Booker Hodges has confirmed that five people were arrested this morning in connection to a fatal shooting inside the Mall of America on Friday night.

Authorities on Thursday released squad car and body-worn camera video from the fatal shooting of an armed suspect in Saint Paul earlier this week. The suspect—now identified as Howard P. Johnson, 24—can be seen armed with a gun and appears to fire at least one round before being shot by a responding SPPD officer.
