Man Found Dead After Mississippi River Incident in Goodhue County
The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office says the incident was reported just after 3:15 p.m. on July 19 near the sandy point of Long Point, north of Lake City.
Police Sergeant Identified as White Bear Lake Drowning Victim
The drowning victim has since been identified as Beverly Rodriguez, 40, a sergeant with the Metro Transit Police Department. She served as NLPOA's northern vice president and was a member of the department’s Homeless Action Team.
