Kane William Hagen-Allen [DOB REDACTED] is required to register as a predatory offender. On December 11, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence located in South St. Paul, Dakota County, Minnesota. The tenant of the residence told officers that Hagen-Allen was at the residence but was not supposed to be there. The tenant requested that Hagen-Allen be trespassed. During the investigation, officers discovered that Hagen-Allen is required to register as a predatory offender and had listed the tenant’s address as his primary residence.
The tenant informed officers that Hagen-Allen has never lived at the residence and used the address for “check-ins” only. Officers also spoke with the landlord who confirmed that Hagen-Allen does not live at the residence and should not be there based on previous issues. The Defendant was later arrested, but released from custody on December 26, 2025, pending further investigation. Upon his release, Hagen-Allen re-registered at the same residence officers were called to on December 11, 2025. Law enforcement confirmed that Hagen-Allen is trespassed from the residence and is not living there.
A non-compliance packet provided by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension confirms that Hagen- Allen’s last registered address is the South St. Paul residence in which he is currently trespassed from. The State is requesting a Complaint Warrant as the Defendant’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
