On January 28, 2026, an individual identified as Anthony Romaine Alojado [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter “Defendant,” entered a Kohl’s store in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Defendant selected five pairs of shoes valued at $395.00. Defendant then left the store with the shoes and did not pay for them or surrender them to staff. On February 9, 2026, Defendant entered a Kohl’s store in Apple Valley, which is within Dakota County, and placed nine pairs of women’s and children’s shoes valued at $677.97 in a shopping cart.
Defendant then left the store with the shoes without paying for them or surrendering them to staff. The total value of the items stolen by Defendant on January 28, 2026, and February 9, 2026, was $1,072.97.
