Frederick Francis Falk

On February 12, 2026, Detective Bailey with the Wright County Sherriff’s Office reviewed an intake report where Complainant, who is 11 years old, had been sexually touched by Complainant’s grandfather, Frederick Francis Falk [DOB REDACTED] hereinafter defendant, who is 80 years old. Detective Bailey spoke to Complainant’s mother, TMF, who stated Complainant had not been around defendant for about a year after Complainant said Complainant was uncomfortable due to tickling done by defendant. A Cornerhouse interview was conducted by Social Worker Samantha Martin on February 20, 2026. During the interview, Complainant stated that defendant had touched Complainant since Complainant was about 8 years old or earlier.

Complainant stated defendant touched down Complainant’s pants and up Complainant’s shirt. Complainant stated defendant would tickle Complainant and then go down Complainant’s pants using defendant’s hand. Complainant identified parts defendant touched as “private parts” or “no no spots.” When using a diagram, Complainant identified “private parts” or “no no spots” as the vagina, breasts and butt. Complainant stated defendant would touch Complainant’s private parts and defendant would put his hand under Complainant’s pants.

Complainant stated defendant would “brush” Complainant’s private parts. Complainant pointed to “butt” when asked what part defendant would brush. Complainant stated the last time it happened about one year ago. On February 23, 2026, Detective Bailey and Detective Kenyon met with defendant at his residence. Defendant agreed to speak with the Detectives. When asked about the touching of Complainant, Defendant had to pause and think long and hard. Defendant stated that he might have grabbed Complainant in the wrong place.

Defendant initially denied putting his hand up Complainant’s shirt or down Complainant’s pants. When defendant was asked if he put his hand somewhere he should not have and regretted it after defendant indicated, “I probably have.” Defendant then described an incident where he and Complainant were riding on his mobility scooter, and he possibly reached around Complainant and grabbed Complainant possibly in the vagina area. Defendant described another incident where Complainant was pouring water over Juvenile 1. Defendant then said, “Oops sorry, I wonder what’s that.” When asked what defendant was pointing to, he indicated Complainant’s “clit.” Defendant indicated he probably did touch Complainant there because “if you do not touch something, kids do not know what you are talking about.” Defendant stated that he thinks he did put his hand down Complainant’s pants one time.

Defendant indicated he asked Complainant, if it tickled. Defendant indicated he “thinks he touched a lip but never went between the lips.” Defendant stated the scooter incident was likely around when Complainant was 9 years old. Defendant indicated the water incident was when Complainant was “little, little.” Defendant stated he could think of a total of four times he touched Complainant.
