John Edwin Myers

On November 1, 2025, officers were dispatched to a residence located in the City of Apple Valley, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota, for a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers observed an Uber vehicle and a male lying on the ground next to it. The male appeared to be extremely intoxicated. The Uber driver stated he was dropping the male off at the residence. When the male got out of the vehicle he fell over and could not get back up. The male was identified as John Edwin Myers [DOB REDACTED]. Myers was extremely uncooperative on scene and an ambulance had to be called.

Myers began threatening the officers and spit on one of them during the interaction. Myers was ultimately transported to the hospital.
