Dylan Scott Silvers

On April 20, 2026, at approximately 2:00 P.M., officers from the Rosemount Police Department were dispatched to a mental health crisis at an apartment located on the 15000 block of Chippendale Avenue in Rosemount, Dakota County, MN. While in route, the reporting party told dispatch that her son, DYLAN SCOTT SILVERS [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein, had attacked his father, the Victim herein. When officers arrived, they had to force entry to the apartment. The Victim was actively bleeding and holding the Defendant down.

The Victim told officers that the Defendant just snapped and used a knife to stab him. Officers located lacerations on the Victim’s right shoulder and neck and blood on the floor. The Victim was transported to the hospital and his injuries required stitches. Officers located a serrated knife hidden under some cardboard with a bloodlike substance on it.
