On November 14, 2025, a trooper from the Minnesota State Patrol responded to a report of a gun pointing incident that occurred on Interstate 35E in the City of Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota. The trooper spoke with Victim A (an adult female fully identified in the reports). She said the driver of another vehicle pointed a gun at her. She described the front of the gun’s barrel as a grey square with a hole. She provided the trooper with the license plate of the suspect vehicle and a description of the suspect.
The registered owner of the suspect vehicle was identified as Alexis Ciera Munn, [DOB REDACTED]), the defendant herein. The registered owner’s physical appearance was consistent with the description of the suspect provided by Victim A. A trooper obtained a signed search warrant to search the defendant’s apartment and vehicle. As the warrant was being executed, the defendant acknowledged that the incident with Victim A occurred. The defendant claimed she pointed a Taser that looked like a handgun at Victim A. A trooper located a replica Glock 19 BB gun in the rear passenger’s seat back pocket.
The front of the gun’s barrel was gray as reported by Victim A. The gun did not have an orange tip and looked real.
