On March 27, 2026, officers from the South St. Paul Police Department responded to a report of a domestic assault that had just occurred at a residence on the 300 block of 1st Avenue South in South St. Paul, Dakota County, MN. Upon arrival officers located an adult female, the victim herein, who stated that her boyfriend, and father of her children, MALACIAH TRAMBLE III [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein, had physically assaulted her. Specifically, the victim said that the two of them got into an argument and the Defendant put his hands around her neck twice.
During the first time, the victim [NAME REDACTED] was able to breathe through her nose. However, during the second time the victim said the Defendant squeezed her neck with one hand and used his other hand to cover her nose and mouth. The victim [NAME REDACTED] was unable to breathe. The victim reported that the Defendant reset her phone, so the Victim went over to the neighbors house in order to call 911. The neighbor said that she heard the victim [NAME REDACTED]. The Defendant had left prior to law enforcement arriving.
As such, the State is asking for a Minnesota only, body only, bench warrant so the State can be present to address conditions of release.
