Investigators then got a search warrant for Defendant 1’s snap chat account. Defendant 1 posted a video to snapchat on September 5, 2025, at 6:31 P.M. With a black PlayStation 5, and 3 controllers, 2 white and 1 light blue. This video showed the PlayStation inside a white sedan and 2 other individuals. Through their investigation, they identified one of those individuals as KIDUS YARED ADGEH [DOB REDACTED], Defendant 2 herein. The other individual in the video was identified as an adult male, Witness 2 herein.
Defendant 2 is one of the individuals on the group chat with Witness 1 and Defendant 1. Defendant 2 is the primary driver of the white sedan, which is owned by his father. Defendant 1 also had a snapchat video of the Victim walking out of the apartment building. In this video, when the Victim [NAME REDACTED], you can see firearms. Officers also received a search warrant for Defendant 2’s snap chat account. Officers located a video on Defendant 2’s phone on September 5, 2025, at 6:07 P.M. Which depicts 4 individuals, in a small lobby which leads out to a courtyard.
This matches the description provided by the Victim. Defendant 2, who is filming, scans so you can see an individual later identified as JADON MARVIN CHRISTENSEN- RANDLE [DOB REDACTED], Defendant 3 herein, as well as Defendant 1, who was on the phone. Then Defendant 2 show himself in the video and states “pregame bro”. After that, you can see Defendant 3 with a gun tucked into his waist band. They also located a video of the PlayStation in the truck of the car, as well as a photo of the PlayStation and 3 controllers on Defendant 2’s snap chat after the robbery.
Officers obtained a search warrant for Defendant 3’s snap chat account. They noticed that he posted videos and pictures of firearms. Defendant 3 also posted a video on snapchat of the PlayStation in the truck of the car at Walmart. Officers also located a conversation that Defendant 3 had with separate individual, Witness 3, on snapchat.
