Probable Cause
On March 10, 2026, Burnsville Police Officers were dispatched to investigate fraud at TJ Maxx located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] S in Burnsville. Officers made contact with store employee, Victim, an adult female fully identified in police reports. Victim stated that an unknown person repositioned her wallet and credit cards, which she left in her designated locker on March 3, 2026. Victim [NAME REDACTED] on her Visa credit cards. Victim did not give anyone permission to take or use her credit cards. One of the charges occurred at the Pawn American in Burnsville, Dakota County.
The transaction at Pawn America was for $543.69 dollars and occurred on March 3, 2026, at 11:31 A.M. TJ Maxx security camera footage showed VIRA ROSE LE [DOB REDACTED], entered Victim’s locker, take her purse, and removed two credit cards. Officers made contact with LE and recovered Victim’s Visa credit cards in LE’s possession. Officers reviewed surveillance footage from Pawn America, which showed LE at the counter by herself. The Pawn American receipt showed LE as the customer and the card used matched the last four digits of Victim’s Visa credit card.
LE was arrested and transported to the Dakota County Jail without incident.
