On January 31, 2026, at approximately 3:17 P.M., Officer Whitehead was dispatched to Walmart located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] 120 Sartell, Stearns County, Minnesota, for a theft complaint. Law enforcement learned from loss prevention that Debra Ann Cedergren, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, was stopped her for shoplifting. Defendant concealed numerous items of merchandise and pass all points of sale without paying for the merchandise before being stopped. The total value of merchandise taken by Defendant was $503.79. A review of Defendant's criminal history revealed a prior conviction for felony theft on May 20, 2025, in Stearns County District Court File No. 73-CR-25-2102. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that the above information is true and correct.
