On March 18, 2026, it was determined that Thomas Charles Peterson [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter “Defendant,” an inmate at the Dakota County Jail, has an active felony warrant out of the State of Missouri for Felony Dangerous Drugs. Defendant has cleared or resolved all of his Dakota County holds. It is understood that the State of Missouri is willing to extradite Defendant back to Missouri.
