On March 7, 2026 in the City of Apple Valley, Dakota County, Minnesota, officers responded to a report of a theft in progress at Walmart. SIEHERRA LEAH COLGLAZIER [DOB REDACTED] was observed by employees walking around the store holding hands with an accomplice while placing an unusually high number of items into their shopping cart. The two arrived at a self-checkout machine where the accomplice scanned some of the items in the shopping cart. The accomplice left the store without paying, leaving some of the merchandise behind with COLGLAZIER at the self-checkout.
COLGLAZIER stayed at the self-checkout while her accomplice loaded the merchandise into his vehicle. The accomplice proceeded to drive his vehicle around the parking lot for minutes while COLGLAZIER remained inside the building. COLGLAZIER repeatedly attempted to pay for the merchandise with cards that declined. Eventually, COLGLAZIER left the store without paying for any of the items previously taken by her accomplice. COGLAZIER was apprehended by law enforcement in the parking lot, where she stated that she did not know the man who took the cart out of the store.
COLGLAZIER stated that she left merchandise at the self-checkout and stepped out to call her bank about the declining card. The total amount of merchandise stolen was $ 1,244.51.
