On April 7, 2026, Inver Grove Heights police officers responded to a report of a person breaking the windows of a residence in Dakota County and trying to gain entry. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the reporting party, “Victim #1” herein, who stated that her boyfriend’s estranged wife, later identified to be Tiffany Sade Fisher [DOB REDACTED], “Defendant” herein, had showed up and tried breaking in. Officers noted extensive damage to the front door, a shattered front window of the home, and a shattered vehicle window.
Victim #1 stated that Defendant has previously threatened to break into her home and kill her son, and had also disseminated sexual videos of her and her boyfriend on social media. Officers spoke with the boyfriend, “Victim #2” herein, who stated that he and Defendant are separated, but still legally married. Victim #1 and Victim #2 were hanging out after work when they heard a commotion outside. Victim #2 went to the front of the house and observed Defendant breaking the windows and screaming to let her in, and “I’m going to kill her.” Victim #2 stated that Defendant was using a torque wrench to break in.
Victim #2 stated that he had to push Defendant out of the window as she was climbing through trying to gain entry. Victim #2 stated that Defendant then left the scene. Victim #2 stated that he was fearful of what Defendant would have done if she had fully gained entrance to the home. Officers located the torque wrench and noted the damage to be at least $1,350. Officers noted that Defendant was on warrant status in 19WS-CR-25-11694, in which she was charged with a domestic assault for going to Victim #2’s workplace and spraying him in the face with mace.
Defendant later turned herself in to police.
