On November 25, 2025, Woodbury police officers executed a search warrant to place a GPS tracking device on a suspect’s vehicle, a black 2008 Audi A4 (MN/TBS878). Woodbury officers were investigating thefts from vehicles occurring in Woodbury. The thefts have involved a suspect entering a vehicle at a construction site or service worker and stealing wallets with credit cards. The stolen cards would be used at Walgreens to purchase $500 gift cards. On December 1, 2025, officers obtained GPS tracking information showing the vehicle entering the city of Woodbury and stopping in front of a residence.
A detective followed the suspect vehicle and observed it parked on the opposite side of the street from the residence. Parked in front of the residence were two Building Solutions trucks. The detective observed a male with a white and black coat standing outside the Audi on the driver’s side. The male walked to the driver’s door on one of the trucks and opened the door. The male leaned inside for a couple and seconds and then exited and shut the door. The male walked to the second truck and tried the door, but it was locked.
The male walked back to the Audi, got into the driver’s seat and drove away. After the Audi left the area, the detective stopped at the house under construction to see if a theft had occurred. The detective met with a construction worker, F. M. (Victim), who confirmed that his wallet was missing. In Victim’s wallet were the following: MN driver’s license, TruStone Financial credit card, TruStone Financial debit card, Wells Fargo debit card, and a Sam’s Club debit card. Another detective followed the Audi after it left the area.
The Audi went to the area of a Walgreens in Inver Grove Heights, Dakota County, MN. The detective observed the male go into Walgreens. The detective, in plain clothes, also went inside. The detective observed the male at the register with a rose in his hand. The detective observed the male make two transactions and leave. The detective approached the cashier, identified himself as a police officer, and confirmed that the male had purchased two $500 gift cards and a rose. In a trash can outside the store, the detective recovered a receipt for $511.18, Victim’s Wells Fargo debit card, and a rose. 2 19HA-CR-25-2068 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/3/2025 Officers attempted to arrest the male, and he fled on foot.
The male was apprehended and identified as Defendant NASZIR ZAIVION JUSTICE GRESHAM [DOB REDACTED]. On Defendant’s person, officers found Victim’s TruStone Financial debit card and a receipt for $512.26 that included the purchase of a $500 gift card. Officers found two Mastercard gift cards in Defendant’s left pant leg. The receipts showed that Defendant had used Victim’s debit and credit cards to make the purchases. Two baggies of a controlled substance were located in his jacket. It field tested positive for cocaine.
