On March 6, 2026, law enforcement responded to a restaurant in West St. Paul, Dakota County, Minnesota, after a Victim [NAME REDACTED] at work. Victim reported a male, later identified as MAURICE GEORGE MASIH-DAS [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, came into the restaurant upset about an incorrect charge on his card. Victim checked the receipt for the transaction and attempted to explain what happened to Defendant. Victim has had to refund money to customers in the past due to them pushing the wrong button on the tip screen and accidentally entering their PIN as a tip amount.
While Victim was attempting to explain the situation, Defendant continued yelling at Victim [NAME REDACTED], “Refund my money right now, or something is going to happen. This is why shootings start, you guys mess with our money.” Victim [NAME REDACTED] was reaching towards his waistband while he said this. Victim informed Defendant a manager would be in the following day and Defendant responded, ‘No, I’m coming for you guys directly, and I will kill all of you.” Victim reported being scared for her life.
In a statement to law enforcement, Defendant admitted being at the restaurant, being angry, and saying he did not want to see the manager the next day but would see the employees directly. Defendant denied making any threats.
