Jeffrey William Hoffmeyer

On March 23, 2026, officers of the Inver Grove Heights Police Department responded to a report of a domestic assault at a residence located in the city of Inver Grove Heights, Dakota County, Minnesota. Officers arrived and observed a man identified as Jeffrey William Hoffmeyer, born on [DOB REDACTED], pushing and swinging his arms at another individual identified as Victim 1. The officer separated the parties and spoke with Victim 1, who reported that Jeffrey Hoffmeyer was his son and that he had been hit by his son multiple times.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage from the area which showed Jeffrey Hoffmeyer kicking and pushing Victim 1. Victim 1 also reported that Jeffrey William Hoffmeyer had struck him multiple times earlier inside the residence. Victim 1 reported that he had a bump on his head from one of these hits and that his head hurt because of the hit. Jeffrey William Hoffmeyer has three prior domestic assault related convictions: Misdemeanor violation of a no contact order in 62-CR-17-3936 with a disposition date of August 17, 2017.
