On April 1, 2026, law enforcement made contact with RYAN DAVID ORRES [DOB REDACTED], “Defendant” herein, in Marshan Township, Dakota County. Law enforcement learned prior to contacting Defendant that Defendant had an active, extraditable warrant from Lynn County, Iowa for Felony Second Degree Larceny. The Hiawatha Police Department in Lynn County told law enforcement that they intend to extradite Defendant.
