Mowlid Abdi SalanRepeat

On or about November 24, 2025, at approximately 3:08 PM, officers of the Woodbury Police Department responded to report of a shoplifting located at Kohl's, 7100 Valley Creek Plz, City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota. Officers were advised that an adult male, later identified to be MOWLID ABDI SALAN, [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein, had stolen a tire pressure gauge and left the business on foot without paying. Defendant had previously been trespassed from Kohl's on 10/16/2025. The trespass was in place for one year.

Defendant was located nearby. Defendant was placed under arrest and searched. A Miranda interview was conducted, during which Defendant admitted to stealing a tire pressure gauge worth $80 from Kohl's and stated it would be found in the toolbox he was previously carrying. A Capital One Visa card listed to M. L. P. Was located on Defendant's person and was taken for safekeeping. Defendant spoke to Officers and confirmed he believed he was trespassed from Kohls. Defendant was transported to Washington County Jail.
