Diego Armando Azpeitia Pacheco

In November of 2025, an officer from the Inver Grove Heights Police Department received a report of criminal sexual conduct that occurred at a residence located in the City of Inver Grove Heights, within Dakota County. Initial reports were that Victim A (an adult female fully identified in the reports) had been raped on October 26, 2025. An officer spoke with Victim A, and she reported the following facts. She was babysitting her tattoo artist’s children. Her tattoo artist was identified as Diego Armando Azpeitia Pacheco [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein.

The defendant and his girlfriend returned home at approximately 5:00 am, and she decided to sleep on their couch. Shortly after she fell asleep, the defendant woke her up and touched her buttocks, pulled down her pants, put his fingers insider her vagina, put his penis insider her mouth, and ejaculated on her upper torso. Victim A told the defendant to stop but he did not listen. An officer spoke with the defendant, and he reported the following facts. He and his girlfriend had gone out. They returned home at approximately 5:00 am on October 26, 2025. He was drunk and screwed up.
