Timothy Ronald Mcnamara

On November 29, 2025, at 1:26 A.M., law enforcement officers were requested to respond to a business in the City of Hastings, Dakota County, Minnesota. When they arrived, they spoke to the defendant, Timothy Ronald McNamara. When asked how much methamphetamine he had on him, the defendant replied “Quite a bit” and reached into his front right pants pocket and removed a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. The white crystal substance was later preliminarily tested, and the test indicated the presence of methamphetamine and it weighed 6.27 grams.
