Count 1Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor VehicleTraffic
Probable Cause
On March 21, 2026, at approximately 11:57 A.M., a state trooper was on patrol in Mendota Heights, Dakota County, Minnesota. The trooper observed a motorcyclist, later identified as HENRY NATHANIEL DAVIDSON [DOB REDACTED] traveling at approximately 120 miles-per-hour on I-494 W. The trooper activated his emergency lights and pursued DAVIDSON. DAVIDSON raised his left hand and shook his head and accelerated to speeds exceeding 130 miles-per-hour. DAVIDSON led the trooper on a lengthy pursuit through Dakota and Ramsey Counties.
During the pursuit, DAVIDSON travelled at high speeds and weaved through traffic. Near HWY 96 and I-35 E, DAVIDSON’s motorcycle ran out of gas, and he pulled over. DAVIDSON was arrested. DAVIDSON made several spontaneous statements about “not wanting to lose his license” and “knowing that gas was going to be an issue.” In a post-Miranda statement, DAVIDSON admitted to fleeing.
