On December 25, 2025, at 11:15 A.M., an Apple Valley police officer observed two individuals acting as if they were under the influence of a controlled substance and they were in an area of Apple Valley, Dakota County, Minnesota, that the officer knew one of the individuals, the defendant Guy Ronald Tersini, had been previously trespassed from. The officer went and placed the defendant under arrest for trespassing and an outstanding warrant. The officer searched the defendant incident to arrest. In defendant’s left jacket pocket was a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance.
The white crystal substance was later preliminarily tested, and the test indicated the presence of methamphetamine, and it weighed.90 grams.
