The attack happened around 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, when police were called to a report of an assault in progress at the victim’s apartment, Otter Tail County authorities say.

Authorities say the Otter Tail County political candidate first reported a series of threatening phone calls and text messages received the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 3.

The fire was reported around 7:40 p.m. Jan. 29 at a residence in rural Compton Township, west of Wadena, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, a 51-year-old woman called 911 while driving herself and her grandson to the Perham Health emergency room for treatment of serious dog bite injuries.

The crash happened around 11 a.m. on Nov. 1 on Highway 210 near mile marker 39 in Tordenskjold Township, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched at 1:08 a.m. Oct. 18 to 21970 County Highway 73 in Hewitt.

Deputies said the man was driving a 2001 Kawasaki motorcycle westbound on Fort Thunder Road when he failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a 2019 Toyota Tundra traveling on County Highway 125.

According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, emergency responders were dispatched at 2:48 p.m. to a rural property at 24041 County Highway 1 for a report of a UTV rollover involving two children.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension identified the man shot by officers is 36-year-old Todd Ole Burris, of Bemidji. He remains hospitalized and two officers are now on standard leave.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2001 Harley Davidson XL1200 was traveling east when the rider lost control and laid the bike down on the roadway.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash happened just before 8 p.m. Monday, April 28, on westbound I-94 at mile marker 56 in Buse Township.

The child, identified by a GoFundMe listing as Rudy Sweere, was transported to a Wadena hospital for treatment of his injuries but later died.
