Probable Cause
On or about 3/17/25, officers were patrolling a Walgreens in Edina, Hennepin County, MN. Officers observed a man later identified as William Enright [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, get in a gray Lincoln License # WU6811. A female was already in the Lincoln. Defendant went back and forth from the car to the Walgreens multiple times for about 20 minutes. Officers ran the license plate and saw that car's owner, Defendant, had a misdemeanor warrant out of Redwood County. Defendant began driving out of the parking lot.
Officers activated their emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop. Defendant came to a stop. As officers approached the car, Defendant drove off.
