At approximately 1:18AM on October 12th, 2025, Officers from the Stillwater Police Department observed a male on a motorcycle repeatedly revving the engine very loudly in the area of Main Street and Nelson Avenue, in the City of Stillwater, within Washington County. Due to the noise disturbance and the late hour, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop by activating lights and sirens. However, the male accelerated the motorcycle to speeds over 100 MPH and the pursuit was terminated. Officers contacted local establishments and determined that the male had been inside the Portside Bar.
Surveillance cameras in the area revealed that the male exited the bar and left on the motorcycle in question. Officers learned that Portside Bar scans the identification of each patron. Investigation of the records from those scans indicated that the male was JORDAN KEITH RYALS [DOB REDACTED], the defendant. Officers then compared various photos of the defendant and concluded with certainty that the defendant was the male who they saw flee from officers. In addition, officers determined that the defendant has a motorcycle registered to him with the exact plate number, make, model and color of the motorcycle used in the flee.
