On February 18, 2026, St. Paul police officers responded to a disturbance on the 1300 block of Westminster, St. Paul, Ramsey County. Officers located the apartment resident, TSE, [DOB REDACTED], and Keenan Jamar Hardiman, [DOB REDACTED]. TSE said that Hardiman had her keys and would not return them. Hardiman said that he had belongings at the apartment and TSE would not return them. Hardiman gave the keys to TSE. He acknowledged that he did not live there. He left the scene. At 0547 hours on February 19, 2026, officers were called back to the residence on a fight.
Officers observed that the apartment door was damaged. The engaged deadbolt lock was broken and on the floor with other parts of the door. Officers spoke to TSE. She was shaking and almost crying. She complained of pain in her left arm. She stated that se awoke to loud banging at her door. Hardiman rushed into the room where she was sleeping. He was violently shaking the bed. He damaged the bed. Her left arm was hurt when she fell to the floor. He went to the kitchen and started breaking items in that room.
They physically pushed each other. She grabbed a pan and started hitting him. Her daughter called 911 and Hardiman fled the scene. Officers interviewed DAH, [DOB REDACTED]. She said she woke up to a loud noise. She heard her mother and Hardiman fighting. She gathered her two younger siblings and hid. She called 911. Hardiman has a prior conviction for Stalking in 2017.
