Probable Cause
On 02/20/2026, Officers responded to a report of a theft that had occurred at Walgreens at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Plymouth, Hennepin County. Prior to arrival, Dispatch advised that the suspects had fled the Walgreens in a black truck bearing Texas license plate XMD-2288. The driver was described as a black female wearing a grey winter jacket. Officers arrived and observed the suspect vehicle fleeing from the Walgreens. Officers activated their emergency lights and began pursuing the suspect vehicle, which fled from Officers.
Officers pursued the suspect vehicle for a short period of time before discontinuing. A short time later, an Officer who had initially pursued the suspect vehicle observed the same vehicle driving nearby. The Officer activated the squad vehicle’s emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop of the suspect vehicle. The Officer observed the vehicle to be driven by the same suspect that fled from him earlier. The suspect vehicle fled from the Officer and reached speeds of 100 MPH. The Officer then terminated the pursuit.
On 02/21/2026, Officers met with the reporting party, who is also an employee of the Walgreens, Witness herein. Officers then provided a photo lineup. Witness identified the driver as Shakeena Takeema Flax, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant’s whereabouts are unknown. A warrant is requested to ensure Defendant’s appearance.
