On November 25, 2025, at approximately 7:30 P.M., officers of the Minneapolis Police Department responded to multiple 911 calls related to a robbery in progress occurring at a convenience store located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. According to the caller, a known person who had been previously trespassed, identified as MICHELLE ELIZABETH SMALL [DOB REDACTED], DEFENDANT herein, came into the store and jumped over the counter where she attempted to take several cigarette lighters and the contents of the cash register.
VICTIM 1 and VICTIM 2, employees of the business, attempted to prevent DEFENDANT from stealing the items; however, DEFENDANT physically resisted both VICTIMS by pushing them away before finally relinquishing the items and fleeing the business. VICTIM 1 indicated that DEFENDANT was previously trespassed from the business on 11/21/2025. DEFENDANT was located by officers near the scene and placed under arrest. DEFENDANT is a suspect in several other robbery-related crimes that have occurred during the previous week and has a multitude of prior low-level trespass/theft related convictions.
DEFENDANT is presently in custody.
