Shantajah Marie Graham

On or about January 16, 2026, Bloomington police were dispatched to a stabbing at an apartment building located at 19XX East 86th Street, Bloomington, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Dispatch aired the suspect, later identified to be SHANTAJAH MARIE GRAHAM [DOB REDACTED], “Defendant” herein, was in the hallway with a knife. Police arrived and located multiple individuals in the hallway and two knives on the floor. Defendant was gone when police arrived. One individual, “Witness 1” herein, told police that she saw Defendant yelling and banging on her neighbor’s door, “Victim” herein.

Another neighbor, "Witness 2", had heard the victim yelling “she’s stabbing me!” Witness 1 and Witness 2 made contact with Defendant in the hallway while she was banging on the victim's door. Defendant was holding two knives and an iPad. The witnesses knocked the two knives and iPad out of Defendant’s hands. Witness 2 said Defendant then hit him in the face with the iPad and ran off. Witness 2 had a half inch laceration underneath his left eye. They said the victim [NAME REDACTED], and she was staggering with blood.

The victim reported that she and the Defendant were in a romantic relationship a year ago. Two weeks prior to this incident, Defendant reached out to rekindle things. Defendant came over to spend the night, and on January 16, the victim [NAME REDACTED]. The victim went to work and came back home, and defendant was still at her apartment. They got into an argument. Defendant said, “leave me alone before I stab you, bitch.” The victim [NAME REDACTED] called 911 and defendant swung the phone out of her hand.

Defendant then swung a kitchen knife at the victim [NAME REDACTED]. Defendant made contact with the victim’s left wrist, stabbing her. The victim recorded a portion of the incident on her cellphone. Victim can be heard saying “oh shit she’s stabbing me”. Defendant then responded, “I don’t give a fuck.” Victim had a stab wound on her wrist. Defendant’s criminal history includes: - Felony DWI (27-CR-24-11981), convicted 11/4/2024. - Felony Criminal Vehicular Operation (19HA-CR-22-1279), convicted 3/1/2023. - Felony Third Degree Assault (19HA-CR-22-960), convicted 3/31/2023. Defendant is out of custody.

Defendant poses a threat to public and victim safety. The State respectfully requests a warrant to be issues with this complaint.
