Dylan Clyde Pearson

On or about August 13, 2025, Officers were dispatched to Fleet Farm in Oakdale, Washington County, Minnesota due to a theft in progress report. The reporting party stated that a white male, 6 feet tall, wearing a red shirt, red hat and grey shorts was trying to take a power tools and a backpack without paying for the items. A store employee intervened and the male took off running towards Marcus Movie Theater. Officers were able to locate the suspect and he identified himself as "Devon Michael John Pearson." He was eventually placed under arrest and identified by the jail as DYLAN CLYDE PEARSON [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein.

The value of the property is approximately $333.99. A citation was originally issued to the false name given by Defendant. Now, the State is requesting a warrant under Defendant's correct identity.
