Travorn Isaih Hair

On December 19, 2025, at approximately 7:00 P.M., officers of the Minneapolis Police Department responded to a 911 call regarding a burglary and assault in progress occurring at an apartment located at [ADDRESS REDACTED]., City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. According to the reporting party (WITNESS), TRAVORN ISAIH HAIR [DOB REDACTED], DEFENDANT herein, had entered the apartment— an occupied residence—through the sliding glass door without consent by forcing the lock free. DEFENDANT then approached the bedroom door of VICTIM [NAME REDACTED], kicked in the door, and began to assault VICTIM. WITNESS also relayed that he observed DEFENDANT grabbing VICTIM by the hair and punching her at least two times.

VICTIM corroborated WITNESS’s account and stated that DEFENDANT is a former romantic partner and that they share a joint minor child. According to VICTIM, DEFENDANT threatened to “beat her ass” and took her cell phone by compelling her acquiescence through the threat of imminent harm. DEFENDANT also physically removed the minor child from VICTIM’s control. WITNESS successfully pushed DEFENDANT from the residence, and DEFENDANT then fled with the minor child [NAME REDACTED]. VICTIM [NAME REDACTED] in fear of DEFENDANT due to prior incidents of abuse, that he caused her bodily harm in this incident, and that his actions left her in terror and reasonable apprehension that he will cause her harm.

Both parties confirmed that DEFENDANT previously resided at the residence but no longer had consent or legal right to enter the residence after moving out approximately a year ago. Officers were able to observe damage to the bedroom door consistent to being forced open. VICTIM [NAME REDACTED] has not been granted any custody or parenting time of the joint minor child. The State may amend this complaint as it relates to the unauthorized removal of the minor child. DEFENDANT is not presently in custody.

The State requests a Complaint Warrant issue due to the violent nature of the alleged offense and due to concerns DEFENDANT may harm the alleged VICTIM upon receipt of a summons.
