On or about April 01, 2026, Law Enforcement were dispatched to a residence on 205th Ave NW, in the city of Oak Grove, Anoka County, MN, on report of two males physically fighting. Upon arrival, Law Enforcement observed D. J. A., Victim herein, had bruising and cuts to his face and mouth. D. A. Further reported that they were knocked unconscious. Law Enforcement spoke with S. M. J., a resident at the house, who reported that ZACKARY WARREN DANIELS [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, showed up at the home and tried to enter the front door, but was unable to.
Defendant then knocked on the door, Victim [NAME REDACTED], and Victim [NAME REDACTED]. After a brief discussion, Defendant punched Victim. A fight ensured inside of the home. After S. M. J. Told Defendant they were calling the police, Defendant left the home and walked back to a nearby residence. Law Enforcement located Defendant at the nearby residence and arrested him.
