Your Complainant is an Officer with the Owatonna Police Department. Investigation has revealed that on December 4th 2025, at approximately 10:19PM, Owatonna Police were requested to respond to the 1900 block of 4th Avenue Southeast, Owatonna, MN, County of Steele to assist in a contact with Probation Agent Teichrow. Agent Tiechrow advised officers that the apartment is a single person apartment and the resident is Lorenzo Markey Cook [DOB REDACTED]. Officers made contact at the apartment door with a male who was identified as Lorenzo Cook.
Agent Teichrow informed Cook he was being searched. Agent Teichrow and Officers made entry. Cook started walking towards the kitchen when Officer MacDonald noticed cutting items out in plain view and redirected Cook away from them. Agent Teichrow located a baggie of suspected cocaine. Officer Malepsy field tested the white powdery substance and it tested presumptive positive for cocaine. The suspected cocaine was located on top of the entertainment center tabletop in the living room area of the apartment.
Agent Teichrow told Officer Malepsy that she had located more suspected narcotics in the kitchen. Agent Teichrow located a Ziplock bag behind the toaster on the counter of the kitchen. Officer Malepsy observed the Ziplock bag and saw a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine. Officer Malepsy field tested the contents of the Ziplock bag and they tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Officer Malepsy weighed the cocaine in its package, and it weighed 8.4g, he also weighed the methamphetamine in its package, and it weighed 9.2g. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
