07/26/2002) who was at the Law Enforcement Center and wanted to speak with him. POWELL said he wanted to talk about the graffiti incidents that occurred in Spicer on June 11, 2025. POWELL was having an issue with Jaden Wallace, the boyfriend of Alexis Tompt. POWELL worked until about 11:30 on June 11, 2025, and then went home and started drinking Keystone Light beer. POWELL admitted he got really drunk and upset regarding his issues with Wallace. POWELL believed Wallace lived at the Lakeview Street address in the city of Spicer that was spray painted.
POWELL said he went to the residence and just started spray painting the side of the residence. POWELL said the things he spray painted were not gang related, but were just things he saw while residing in California. POWELL left the residence after spray painting and blacked out; however, he vaguely remembered spray painting vehicles. POWELL spray painted the vehicles at the "v" on the north end of Spicer off of Lake Avenue, which would be described as [ADDRESS REDACTED] North, where two vehicles were spray painted.
On July 7, 2025, Deputy Heck received documentation from Tompt. Tompt provided receipts for damage repair to his residence, which resulted in a total of $2,674.56 and 5 hours of Tompt's time. Tompt's receipts included cleaning supplies, graffiti remover, new storm door, outdoor wall, 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/1/2025 and painting over the damage on the house and two overhead garage doors.
