On June 3, 2026, Chaska Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a sexual assault. One independent reporting party stated they they were driving on Highway 41 near Crosstown Boulevard, in the City of Chaska, County of Carver. They saw a female (hereinafter "Victim") laying on the ground and witnessed a male, later identified as JORDAN LAMAR BECK, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, hit Victim on the head with his hand as she was on the ground with the defendant standing over her. A second independent witness stated they were driving on Highway 41 and saw Victim [NAME REDACTED]. The witness turned around and saw the defendant forcibly grab Victim and force her to walk with him.
A third independent witness stated they were driving on Highway 41 and observed the defendant standing over Victim [NAME REDACTED] in the face. Upon arrival, officers located the defendant walking with Victim, [NAME REDACTED] in distress and crying. Victim had multiple abrasions and fresh blood on her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] at the Walgreens store in Chaska earlier that afternoon trying to address an issue with her cell phone. While sitting on a bench, the defendant approached her and made small talk.
The defendant then offered to buy Victim alcohol. After the defendant purchased the alcohol, Victim went to the library to charge her phone. When she exited the library, Victim found the defendant waiting outside. Victim and the defendant then walked to Winkel Park in Chaska, sat down and began to drink the alcohol. Victim stated the defendant then got on top of her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was "so scared" and thought the defendant was "going to kill her". Victim [NAME REDACTED] was crying and stating "no, please don't kill me" to the defendant.
The defendant touched Victim's breasts under the clothes and digitally penetrated her vagina. The defendant then penetrated Victim's vagina with his penis. Victim [NAME REDACTED] did so it "hurt so bad". When the defendant stopped, he walked Victim out of the park and Victim continued to tell the defendant she wouldn't tell anyone what happened. Victim stated when she tried to walk away from the defendant he hit her in the mouth with a closed fist four times and also kicked her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] told the defendant "please don't kill me" multiple times during the assault.
The defendant denied any verbal or physical altercation had occurred between himself and Victim. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49., intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
