On August 24, 2025, law enforcement responded to a shots heard call at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Golden Valley, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Law enforcement met with N. O. Who said he was in his apartment when he heard what sounded like a gunshot coming from his neighbor’s apartment who shares a wall with his apartment. He said his neighbor, later identified as GINA KAY FEINSTEIN, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, knocked on N. O.’s door to make sure he was okay. N. O. Observed a hole in the wall in his shower, a hole above his toilet and a hole that went through his toiletry bag that was on his toilet.

The Defendant admitted to accidentally firing a gun in her apartment. The Defendant stated, “it’s my fault for not checking the chamber,” before she pulled the trigger.
