Eunice Castro Lopez

On January 9, 2026, at approximately 4:56 PM, Officer Johnson with the Fridley Police Department observed a female known from prior contacts as Eunice Castro Lopez [DOB REDACTED], defendant hereinafter, panhandling on the off ramp of eastbound Interstate 694 to Central Avenue NE, city of Fridley, Anoka County. Defendant was observed entering the public roadway to collect money and has been verbally warned and cited numerous times for public nuisance/soliciting. Defendant was placed under arrest. In a search incident to arrest, Officers located a piece of tinfoil containing a white crystal-like substance in defendant’s left breast jacket pocket.

The Midwest Regional Forensic Laboratory confirmed the substance was methamphetamine and weighed.
