On March 21, 2026, officers with the Eden Prairie Police Department responded to an apartment in the area of 11100 Anderson Lakes Parkway in Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, Minnesota. This response followed a 911 call reporting a domestic assault that had just occurred in the area. Upon arrival, officers met with T. G. (herein Victim). Officers immediately noted that Victim was crying, had a swollen right eye, had signs of petechiae in her right eye, and spoke with a raspy voice. Victim told police that she had been in the car with her husband when they got into an argument.
Victim identified her husband as FAIZON RYDELL SENTER; [DOB redacted] (herein Defendant). During the argument, Defendant reached across the car and grabbed Victim by the throat with both of his hands. Defendant squeezed Victim’s throat to the point that Victim could not breathe. Victim got away from Defendant and stumbled out of the car. Defendant then got out of the car and followed Victim. Victim was afraid that Defendant was going to hurt her further so she ran back into the car and locked the doors so that Defendant could not get in.
Defendant then left the area on foot while Victim called 911. Victim stated that she thought she was going to die because she was fighting to breathe. Police also spoke with Victim’s friend (herein Witness 1). Witness 1 stated that she was on the phone with Victim at the time of the assault and that she could hear what was happening during the assault. She said that she heard the sounds of choking and also heard Victim say, “Okay I can’t breathe, stop, let me go!” Witness 1 then saw (via the Facetime application) Defendant circling the car and trying to get in after Victim locked herself inside.
Victim told Witness 1 at that time that she was scared. Witness 1 believes that Defendant is a dangerous person and stated that he has access to firearms. Police searched the area but were not able to locate Defendant. Complainant is seeking a warrant given the public safety concern presented by Defendant in this case towards Victim and Defendant’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
