On July 9, 2025, Mower County Sheriff’s Deputy Evan Sorenson received a report from the Chaska Police Department regarding a sexual assault that occurred in Mower County. According to the report (ICR 202500008387), Victim A (an adult male) told Chaska Police Department Officer Hastings that he had heard of a news story on the arrest and charging of DILLON CARTER DENISEN, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the defendant, for a sexual assault on a male victim at his chiropractic clinic located in the City of Grand Meadow, Mower County.
Victim A reported to Officer Hastings that the defendant had also sexually assaulted him. The defendant is a Doctor of Chiropractic. On July 14, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., Detective Sorenson called Victim A. Victim A stated he has known the defendant since he was 7 years old and was married to a relative of the defendant. Victim A said when the defendant enrolled in chiropractor school, he started adjusting family members for free at family gatherings. Victim A said the defendant gradually began touching his groin area during these free adjustments, and over a period of what Victim A estimated to be 10 years, the massaging got progressively closer to his penis.
Victim A even joked with his then wife about the progressively uncomfortable adjustments the defendant was performing and would say things to her such as “it’s time to go get my pecker/shlong played with” and “Dillon likes me.” Victim A told Detective Sorenson that on two occasions, the defendant masturbated Victim A’s penis leading to ejaculation on one occasion. These incidents happened at the defendant’s home at family gatherings; Victim A was unsure when they occurred. Victim A acknowledged drinking heavily during this time and stated he may have been drunk one or more times the assaults occurred.
Victim A stated that when the sexual assaults occurred, the defendant would tell him that “a quick release is good for the body and mind, and it assists with the healing process.” Victim A also told Detective Sorenson that on one occasion, Victim A received an adjustment at the defendant’s clinic, the Meadow Area Chiropractic Clinic located at 209 2nd Street NE, [APT REDACTED] in Grand Meadow, Mower County, and the defendant performed oral sex on him. The defendant was a practicing Chiropractor at the time.
Victim A said he ejaculated, and afterward, he asked the defendant “what the f@#$ is up, where is this s@#$ even going,” and the defendant said “nowhere” and walked away. Victim A stated he did not tell anyone about the assaults. Detective Sorenson asked Victim A when the incident involving oral sex occurred, and he believed it occurred in the spring around the year 2020. Victim A recalled the incident occurred when the snow had melted but was still present under trees. Victim A said he has not seen the defendant or been in Grand Meadow since that day.
