The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On November 17,2025, at approximately 2:57 P.M., officers with the Saint Paul Police Department were sent to [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County on a report of an accident. The officers learned that TAMEKA LATRESE JEFFERSON [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, had rear ended another vehicle. The officers could smell the odor of coming from Defendant. The officer observed that Defendant had bloodshot and watery eyes.
Defendant's speech was slurred. The officer arrested Defendant. The officer read the breath test advisory to Defendant. The officer asked Defendant to submit a breath sample. Defendant submitted a breath sample. Testing on that breath sample revealed that Defendant's alcohol concentration was.23. Defendant has a prior impaired driving related incident. Defendant was convicted of driving with an alcohol concentration of.08 or more on February 16, 2022.
