On 08/04/2025 at 04:10, Prior Lake Police Officers were dispatched to Mystic Lake Casino, Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota, for a report of found narcotics. At the scene, Mystic Lake Security gave the officers a small plastic wrapper that contained three tablets. One of the tablets was yellow in color and contained the imprint “UPS.” The second tablet was a white round table that contained the imprint “CP.” The third table was cut in half and blue in color; I did not see any imprints on it. Security reported that a female guest provided a slot service specialist with her clipped MN DL along with a folded piece of paper (temporary license). The folded paper contained the wrapper of tablets.
I was able to identify the female by MN DL as Crystal Kim Wesloh, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the Defendant. Officers approached the Defendant on the gaming floor and escorted her back to the Dakotah supervisor’s office so they could have a private conversation with her regarding the found item. The Defendant stated: The tablets were ecstasy and did not belong to her. They were placed in her purse by one of her friends earlier. She would not provide that friend’s name. Officer watched the surveillance video and saw: At approximately 0353 hours, the Defendants provided the Slot Service Specialist with her ID and folded piece of paper on the gaming floor.
At approximately 0354 hours, the Slot Service Specialist unfolds the paper and observes the wrapper containing the tablets behind booth #6. The Defendant was released at the scene. The suspected drugs were sent to the BCA Forensic Laboratory for analysis. On 12/23/2025 the officer received the results of the BCA analysis for the suspected drugs, which showed they tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed.475 grams.
