The following is based on your complainant’s review of the reports of other officers and your complainant’s own investigation: On the afternoon of May 21, 2025, the defendant, ALIZE COURVOISIER FREEMAN ([DOB REDACTED]), was arrested in St. Paul while driving a car that had been stolen the prior day. He was booked into the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center, [ADDRESS REDACTED]., St. Paul, Ramsey County. That evening, Ramsey County Sheriff correctional officers observed the defendant digging in his pants and appearing to pull something out before reaching back in again.
He was searched, and a folded-up ten dollar bill was found in his underwear; the bill was recovered. He told the officers that he had no further contraband. A plastic bag was then found concealed near his anus; the bag was recovered as well and found to contain two smaller baggies. In a presumptive test, the substance contained in one of the smaller baggies tested positive for the presence of cocaine, with a total net weight of 0.19 grams. The other baggie contained 1.5 pills which were both identified as alprazolam.
During the defendant’s booking process, he told correctional officers that he has no prescriptions for medication.
