Probable Cause

On January 14, 2026, officers were dispatched to 15th Ave and Park Ave in the County of Hennepin on report of a slumper in a vehicle. Upon arrival officers saw a vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway and still in drive. Officers woke the vehicle's occupants. Officers observed a white powder on the floorboard of the front passenger seat. The front passenger was later identified as JON MICHAEL DAHL [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Officers learned Defendant had an active warrant and arrested him.

Officers searched Defendant and located 1.99 grams of field-tested positive fentanyl. Defendant is in custody in Hennepin County on an unrelated matter. Complainant respectfully requests a warrant issue.
